Enjoy peace of mind with a 5-year Outdoor Furniture Insurance Plan to help protect your garden or patio furniture against accidental damage, accidental stains, or mechanical faults.

If your outdoor furniture is accidentally damaged, stained or develops a fault – this insurance will take care of repairing or replacing your item.

Should the unexpected happen and you need to make a claim, you’ll have:

  • expert support from our claims handlers

  • a technician visit your home to assess and repair your item, if they can

  • if not, you’ll receive a like-for-like replacement, or store credit to the value of the item

  • no excess or charges for you to pay

How Do I Get

Product Protection?

Loxa Product Protection may be included with your purchase at no additional cost, or you may have the option to add it to your cart when purchasing an eligible item.

  • If product protection is included, this will be explicitly stated on the product page.

  • If product protection is not included but available for purchase, you will have the option to add it to your order from the product page.

  • If neither applies and there is no option to add product protection, the item is not insurable under this scheme.

What’s Covered

This insurance protects your item of furniture from accidental stains, accidental damage, and structural defects, such as, but not limited to, the following:

What’s Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or gradual weathering.

  • Damage caused by poor storage, exposure to extreme weather, damp, or mould.

  • Damage from wildlife, insects, or pests.

  • Damage occurring before or during delivery (transit damage).

  • Manufacturing faults or defects.

  • Commercial or rental use.

  • Damage caused by third-party contractors or during assembly.

  • Deliberate damage, neglect, or misuse.

  • Stains or damage resulting from incorrect or unapproved cleaning methods.

Are There Any Restrictions?

  • You must be a UK resident and at least 18 years old.

  • Your outdoor furniture must be kept at the permanent address shown on your Policy Schedule.

  • You must contact the Claims Administrator within 14 days of any incident.

  • This insurance is available only as an optional add-on at the point of purchase.

Anything Else?

Cover will start from the date shown on your Policy Schedule, once your outdoor furniture has been delivered.

After you place your order, Loxa will email you a copy of your Insurance Product Information Document (IPID) and Policy Wording.

Following delivery, Loxa will send your Policy Schedule, which together with your Policy Wording forms your contract of insurance.

Good Practice

If an accident occurs, contact 03330 151 216 for guidance before attempting any cleaning or repairs. 

Follow their recommended cleaning methods or use the approved cleaning kit to address the issue.
